My Approach

I like to use an holistic approach in my practice.  

The root causes of our physical pain are in most cases a mix of different aspects such as : 

  • Inflammation 
  • Mechanical and Emotional Stress 
  • Poor Diet 
  • Poor Physical Exercise

I’ve seen in the past 8 years of experience, working with hundreds of patients and studying multiple approaches (Nutrition , Massage,  Physical Therapy & Yoga ) that there are basic principles to follow to re-establish an optimal body state . 

For short term benefits I use passive treatments such as : 

  • Massage Therapy (to help you relieve pain & stress)  

For long term benefits the best approach is to combine passive and active treatments such as : 

  • Therapeutic Exercises coming from Physiotherapy and Yoga 
  • Low inflammatory Diet & Lifestyle 

My GOAL is to transfer my knowledge to you so that you can be totally independent in the future. Without constantly relying on the medical system with unnecessary medications full of side effects.
